In 2017 we lost access to our original website and with it our shop and access to our merchandise accounts.

Once it became clear there was no recovering access to the site and that the domain was being used by another individual the Committee was resigned to leaving the Facebook group as the Society’s online presence for the foreseeable future as the Society remained dormant.

In 2020 as the world underwent a few challenges it was attempted to recreate some of the former website as a side project using some saved and recovered files so the there could still be a record of the Society and SS Nomadic.

It has been a work in progress since then and mostly offline while the reconstruction happened and has gone through several guises during that time culminating in this format in 2023
